The Job - Executive Assistant 

Your mission, should you chose to accept it, would involve the following,

• Coordinate and Manage schedule and activities of the CEO 
• Coordinate on behalf of the CEO, with the team at large
• Ensure company compliance and accounting requirements are met with CS and CA
• Maintain accounts and billing schedule and follow-up with clients on the same
• Help with Hiring and conduct initial phone interviews
• Capture detailed notes of meetings and ensure its made accessible to all post meeting
• Help with market research and creative projects as the need arises

To Apply you must have,

• Excellent English communication skills
• Great Phone Etiquette
• Systematic, Project Driven approach
• Great attitude and an insatiable desire to always deliver excellent work

Proficiency with:

• Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excel Formulas
• Accounting standards
